  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup 170g unsalted butter, softened
  • ¾ cup 150g brown sugar
  • ½ cup 100g granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cups 250g semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup 50g mini marshmallows (frozen for 10 minutes)

Step 1: Prepare the Dough

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.

Step 2: Mix the Wet Ingredients

  • In another bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla extract and eggs, mixing until smooth.

Step 3: Combine and Fold

  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips and frozen mini marshmallows gently.
