Step 1: Make the Chocolate Cups Melt 200g dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl using a double boiler or microwave (stir every 30 seconds).
Coat silicone cupcake molds with melted chocolate using a spoon or brush. Ensure an even layer.
Freeze for 10-15 minutes until set. Repeat coating for a thicker shell and freeze again.
Step 2: Prepare the Ganache Filling Heat ½ cup heavy cream in a saucepan until it simmers (do not boil).
Pour over 200g chopped dark chocolate and let sit for a minute, then stir until smooth.
Mix in 1 tbsp butter, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and 2 tbsp powdered sugar. Let cool slightly.
Step 3: Assemble the Cups Remove chocolate shells from the freezer and add chopped fresh strawberries to each.
Pour the chocolate ganache over the strawberries, filling each cup.
Smooth the surface and chill for at least 1 hour until firm.
